BRUNSWICK — Police Department Patrol Cmdr. Marc Hagan has been tapped to be Lisbon’s new chief of police.
“We would like to congratulate Commander Marc Hagan on his new appointment as Lisbon’s Chief of Police. You will be missed!” the department posted to its Facebook page Wednesday morning.
Hagan was a recent finalist for Freeport’s police chief, but the town instead hired veteran Freeport Lt. Susan Nourse.
Hagan is expected to start his new job on Sept. 1.
