SACO — A missing man whose body was discovered a half-mile from his home committed suicide, according to the state Medical Examiner’s Office.
The cause of death for Christopher Noonan, 26, was complications from bupropion poisoning. Bupropion is an anti-depressant and is also used as a smoking cessation aid.
Noonan was reported missing in November. Police said he ran out of his home and into nearby woods after an argument. Police and game wardens, using search dogs and a plan, searched hundreds of acres but failed to find him.
Noonan’s body was discovered by a property owner in May.
