LISBON — A Christmas light show is back on Crest Avenue, and its creator says he has added to the display this year.

According to a release from James Caron, who created the display at 13 Crest Ave., “People can see the addition of some shooting stars, leaping arches, a leg lamp in the front door and a spiraling tree at the center of the display.”

Caron added, “I am again taking donations of ( nonexpired) nonperishable items and toiletries,” such as toothpaste, soap and shampoo, for the Ronald McDonald House in Portland. Travel size or hotel samples are perfect, though any size donation is appreciated. the release states. Donations can be dropped in the blue bin at the end of the driveway.

The show can be viewed Sunday through Thursday from 4: 30 p.m. to 9: 30 p.m. Hours Friday and Saturday extend to 4:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Seven other houses have static light displays on this street, according to Caron, making it a nice place to bring the family.

According to the Crest Ave Lights Facebook page, which provides additional information, the display matches music to the lighting, incorporating 14,200 lights and 10 songs.

Tune the car radio to 107.1 FM to hear the songs.
