TOPSHAM — Coastal Enterprises Inc., a nonprofit community development organization, will offer the First-Time Homebuyer Seminar, a two-day course, at Mt. Ararat High School, Feb. 4, 6, 11 and 13. Registration deadline is Jan. 29.

The course is to help people prepare for and be well informed about buying a home. There is a nonrefundable $30-per-person or $50-percouple or co-buyer charge. Registrations will not be accepted after Feb. 1.
