BRUNSWICK

A 44- year- old man was struck by the plow of a truck Tuesday evening while walking near his home on Greenwood Road.

Brian Coombs, 44, of 31 Greenwood Road was struck just after 7:30 p.m. while walking with traffic near Industrial Parkway, Brunswick Police Lt. Tom Garrepy said today.

Police did not charge the driver of the truck, 45-year-old Joseph Galletta of Durham.

Coombs sustained incapacitating injuries, Garrepy said, but it was unclear today where he was treated.
