A SPECIAL LOBSTER TRAP CHRISTMAS TREE lit up at the Cundy’s Harbor Community Church of the Nazarene.
As the light began to fade and a full moon peaked out from behind the horizon, Cundy’s Harbor residents gathered at Holbrook’s on Sunday for the annual Christmas Tree Lighting Walk. Starting at Holbrook’s, dozens of people walked up to the community hall, lighting Christmas trees at various stops along the way. At Cundy’s Harbor Community Church of the Nazarene, participants took a break to listen to the church’s bell choir play Christmas carols. “It’s a group effort of the nonprofits in town — it’s a real community thing,” said Veronica Gonsior, pastor of the community church. The evening ended with a potluck dinner.
