A 60-year-old man died Sunday afternoon in one-car crash on Sunset Road in the Springvale section of Sanford, police said.

Sanford police responding to the report of a rollover crash found a light colored SUV on its roof off the roadway near 175 Sunset Road.

The sole occupant and driver, Michael Renneisen, 60, was pronounced dead on the scene. Renneisen owned a home nearby on Sunset Road, according to tax records.

Police said the crash was not considered suspicious, but it remains under investigation.
