Jerry Goodine is a high-rise painter working on windows and lower dental trim on the building at 4-8 City Center in Portland. Goodine says he has been doing this high-rise work for two years and what he likes most is "freedom, nobody tells me what to do and my boss is a good guy." His least favorite part of the job is "rain and wind, we can't do nothing." Goodine says the job will take a few more weeks as this is just the primer he is applying.
