Norman Millette, who owns and operates Senior Citizen Barber Shop on Congress Street, cuts the hair of Chuck Domenie of Cape Elizabeth.
Millette uses a straight-edge razor to shave the neck of a customer.
Millette has owned the shop on Congress Street for 54 years. it was originally Longfellow Barber Shop, but was changed to Senior Citizen Barber Shop in the 60s when young men stopped cutting their hair.
