Saturday night’s Death Cab for Cutie concert at the State Theatre in Portland has been postponed due to an illness of one of the band members.
The concert has been rescheduled for Sept. 4, according to the State Theatre’s website. All tickets for the concert will be honored on that date.
The doors for the concert were to have been opened at 7:30 and the show, with an opening performance by The Antlers, had been scheduled to begin at 8:30 p.m.
Death Cab for Cutie is an alternative rock band that formed in Washington state in 1997 and had a number one hit in 2011 with “You Are a Tourist.”
