Acclaimed fiddle player Natalie MacMaster and her husband Donnell Leahy, along with their six children, will present a holiday concert at 7 p.m. Dec. 6 at the Camden Opera House, 29 Elm St. in Camden.

The show, “A Celtic Family Christmas,” will offer a mix of familiar Christmas songs intermingled with classic Celtic songs.

MacMaster and Leahy have released 25 albums.

“The fiddle was definitely common ground for us when we first got together,” MacMaster said in a press release. “I was so in awe of Donnell’s family. He is one of 11 siblings who play and have a family band, and here I am doing almost exactly the same thing.”

MacMaster and Leahy’s six musically gifted children are a centerpiece of their show. The children’s names are Mary Frances, Michael, Clare, Julia, Alec and Sadie.

Tickets range from $25 to $45. To order tickets, call 536-5850 or go to camdenoperahouse.com.
