Fire and Rescue

Between Feb. 27 and March 3, the Cape Elizabeth Rescue squad transported four patients to Maine Medical Center.

On Feb. 27, at around 1 a.m., the fire department responded to an activated fire alarm on Scott Dyer Road.

On Feb. 28, at around 10:15 p.m., the fire department responded to a motor vehicle accident on Ocean House Road.

On March 2, at around 9:15 p.m., the fire department responded to a water problem on Campion Road,

On March 3, at around 7:30 a.m., the fire department responded to an odor investigation on Crescent View Ave.

Car Capers

On March 5, between 7 a.m. and 1:35 p.m., five residents of the Brentwood area reported motor vehicle burglaries. Items stolen included two iPods, a watch, a satellite radio receiver, a Blackberry, a Leatherman and a wallet containing a credit card, driver’s license, various gift cards and $25 cash. Twelve other cars were broken into, but nothing was taken.
