For older generations, it was a chance reconnect with the stylish cars of their youth. For younger folks, it was a chance to get a glimpse of what life was like, transportation-wise, more than a half-century ago. And then there were the planes. World War I-era biplanes and a Fokker triplane — aka “the Red Baron” — took to the skies Saturday at the Fabulous ’50s, Sensational ’60s Car Meet & Antique Aeroplane Show at the Owls Head Transportation Museum.
