The Ski Museum of Maine will host a slideshow presentation in Cumberland on the subject of Maine’s rich skiing history.
The Fireside Chat presentation, “Made in Maine,” will be at 7 p.m. Thursday in the Mabel I. Wilson School multi-purpose room at 343 Tuttle Road in Cumberland Center.
There is no cost to attend.
The program by the Cumberland Historical Society and the Ski Museum of Maine will focus on the state’s skiing heritage.
About 130 photos and images will be shown by narrator Scott Andrews, the museum’s curator and research director.
Refreshments will be served.
The Fireside Chats are traveling outreach programs by the Ski Museum of Maine, a nonprofit organization based in Kingfield.
