Winter is closing in on Bucksport’s Verso mill and the paper industry.

Gov. LePage, connected to the Cate Street Capital scandal, claims he never saw it coming.

Mike Michaud, lacking business experience, doesn’t know what to do, but wants to hold a summit of the paper company foxes on how to run the chicken coop.

Only Eliot Cutler, a leader with undisputed world-class experience at the highest levels of public and private sectors, has a plan to keep the town alive.

Christmas is coming. The people of Bucksport and other mill towns need to get through this winter. Failure isn’t an option.

LePage’s excuses won’t cut it.

Michaud’s “I’ll ask Verso what they want” won’t cut it.

Bucksport and Maine need a business leader with a winning record and a plan. It would be foolish not to elect independent Eliot Cutler and put him – and his experience – on the job.
