Meghan Flanagan is a large-animal veterinarian with Annabessacook Veterinary Clinic in Monmouth. On a visit to Smiling Hill Farm in Westbrook, Flanagan gave the farm’s Holstein cows pink-eye and rabies vaccinations. She also took a peek at a goat’s eye. Also on the agenda: performing an ultrasound on a goat and administering more vaccinations. Flanagan, who has been a vet in Maine since 2010, attended Cornell University’s College of Veterinary Medicine.
