If you’re a golfer who’s employed 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., that extra hour of daylight on summer evenings is well worth the inconvenience of resetting the clock twice a year. The same goes for many other outside activities.
That’s why daylight saving came about. Any politician who comes out against it will almost certainly lose office next time around. ‘Nuff said!
