A Bangor woman’s terrible, no good, very bad day was saved by an Old Orchard Beach police officer, according to WCSH-TV.
Taylor Ronan had driven to Portland to pick up her sister but her sister’s train had caught on fire and didn’t make it to Portland.
Ronan took a break at the beach before starting her drive back to Bangor. It was then that she discovered her wallet had been stolen.
Ronan reported on her Facebook page that Old Orchard Beach police Officer Gerard Hamilton helped her look for her wallet and when it wasn’t found, bought her enough gas to get back to Bangor.
