Mrs. Pollock was born in Portland on Oct. 12, 1935 the daughter of Emile and Yvonne (Bergeron) Deschambeault. She was raised in Biddeford graduating from St. Joseph’s High School Class of 1954. She then attended Gorham State Teachers College graduating in 1958.
Mrs. Pollock taught a year in Biddeford and 33 years in Saco. She had many fond memories of her first graders. Throughout her life, Mrs. Pollock was very active in the York County Retired Educators Association, Pouderpuff Investment Club, Altrusa International and the Educational Workers Industrial Union in Saco.
Pauline met her future husband, Paul Pollock in 1956 and they were married on Nov. 14, 1959. Together they built a chalet at Mount Abrams which gave them many years of enjoyment with their son Scott. As a family they also enjoyed summers at Pine Point. Pauline and her husband Paul also enjoyed traveling taking many trips.
Pauline’s other interest were playing scrabble, bridge and pinochle with her lifelong friend Claudette Levesque. Mrs. Pollock was a parishioner of St. Joseph Church in Biddeford.
She was predeceased by her husband, Paul Pollock on March 22, 2007.
She is survived by the loves of her life, son Scott and his wife Danielle, and her four granddaughters Ella, Nani, Lyvi, Millie, and one grandchild on the way. She is also survived by her brother Ted Deschambeault and his wife Alice, also several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 9:15 a.m. at Cote Funeral Home Chapel, 87 James St., Saco. Interment will follow in Laurel Hill Cemetery in Saco.
