Summonses

3/5 at 4:50 a.m. Tanner Peacock, 20, of West Pownal Road, North Yarmouth, was issued a summons on Portland Street by Officer Derek Lucas on charges of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and violating condition of release. 

3/9 at 10 a.m. Mira S. Denning, 41, of Broad Cove Woods, was issued a summons on Lafayette and Smith streets by Officer Derek Lucas on a charge of operating with a suspended registration.
