PORTLAND — A 3-mile “March for Babies,” sponsored by the March of Dimes, begins at 9 a.m. Sunday, May 5, at the University of Southern Maine.
March of Dimes spokeswoman Michelle O’Malley said same-day registration begins at 8 a.m. at the USM Sullivan Complex, 66 Falmouth St. Online registration is at marchforbabies.org.
The walk will include Deering Oaks Park and the USM campus. There will also be face painting and a fun run for children.
