Roger Poitras has joined InterMed as CEO. Poitras brings 35 years of combined clinical, operational and business development experience. He most recently served as chief strategy officer for Ascension Health in Florida and Alabama.

Houston McGuirk

Houston McGuirk has joined the personal insurance team at Allen Insurance and Financial. McGuirk, of Belmont, became an experienced paralegal before moving to the world of insurance.

Richard Goodenough

Richard Goodenough has joined Partners Bank as a commercial lender. Goodenough started his banking career in 1988 as a branch manager for the Fleet Bank of Maine, later acquired by Bank of America. Most recently, he worked at Kennebunk Savings Bank as a commercial lender.

Rebecca Ricker has joined Fontaine Family – The Real Estate Leader. Ricker comes to Fontaine with her sales agent license and will work out of its Auburn location.

Stephanie Mills

Stephanie Mills has been promoted to chief legal and compliance officer at InterMed. Mills will oversee aspects of the practice including medical/legal and corporate compliance to health plan relations and coding education.

Dr. Michele Delenick

Dr. Michele Delenick has been named chief of internal medicine at InterMed. Delenick completed her residency at Maine Medical Center, and worked as a hospitalist there before joining InterMed in 2011.

Sarah Neault

Sarah Neault has been named a partner at Bergen & Parkinson law firm. Neault, of Biddeford, will continue to practice from the firm’s Saco office in the areas of estate planning and probate and trust administration.

Sue MacArthur

Sue MacArthur has been promoted to president at Strategic Talent Management in Brunswick. MacArthur oversees the company’s executive recruiting efforts and consults with businesses throughout the U.S. in the areas of performance management, employee engagement, leadership development and succession planning.

Portside Real Estate Group has promoted Jessica Nason from marketing director to vice president, marketing and business development. Nason, who joined Portside more than eight years ago, plays a major role in many of Portside’s signature events and marketing initiatives. She served as the 2021 president of Junior League of Portland.

Julia Bassett Schwerin

Julia Bassett Schwerin has been elected to a second term on the board of directors of the Maine Association of Realtors. Schwerin has been a broker with Coldwell Banker Reality since 2005 and is based in the Cape Elizabeth office.

Erin Nadeau

Erin Nadeau has joined the board of RSU 21, which represents the towns of Kennebunk, Kennebunkport and Arundel. Nadeau, the director of client reports at Sweetser, is filling the seat recently vacated when board member Todd Shea stepped down.

Chuck Hays

Chuck Hays is president and chief executive of MaineGeneral Health. Hays, of Manchester, currently serves on the boards of Alfond Youth & Community Center and Maine Dartmouth Family Practice.

Karen Normandin

Karen Normandin is interim president of Kennebec Valley Community College. Normandin, of Augusta, has been with the college for 33 years. She has held a variety of roles including adjunct faculty, assistant dean of students and dean of student affairs.

Gary Poulin

Gary Poulin is a media consultant for Mix Maine Media. Poulin, of Clinton, serves on the Main Street Skowhegan Skijor Committee. He also chairs the Festival of Trees Committee for the chamber and serves on the Taste of Waterville and Waterville Works promotion committees.

Richard A. Hull III, a real estate attorney in Biddeford, has merged his law firm with Woodman Edmands Danylik Austin Smith & Jacques P.A. Hull, who has been practicing real estate in Biddeford since 1975, will be the firm’s resident attorney at 409 Alfred St. in Biddeford. The law office will remain in downtown Biddeford at 234 Main St.
