The Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Maine presents the Parade of Homes, a showcase event to display the skills of eight different builders in nine unique homes.

Modeling themselves after the successful New Hampshire Lakes Region in-person home tours, HBRAME will launch the 2021 event online, allowing more people to participate on their own schedule. The 2022 event will be in person.

All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to the Central Maine Community College Building Technology program to help support the growing workforce needs and service demands in the state. Ticket holders will also be entered into a raffle for made-in-Maine prizes.

Purchasing a $5 ticket will give attendees access to before-and-after project photography, 360° virtual tours, and interviews with the builders to learn more about working with them. They can then vote on their favorite for a People’s Choice Award.

“It is important to us that association members have an opportunity to showcase their work,” said Maya Bogh, president of HBRAME. “It is equally important that people looking to build a new home or complete a substantial renovation have the opportunity to learn more about the builders they may choose to work with.”

All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to the Central Maine Community College Building Technology program to help support the growing workforce needs and service demands in the state. Each ticket buyer will also be entered into a raffle for made-in-Maine prizes.

Voting is open through Monday, Oct. 11 at maineparadeofhomes.com. HBRAME gives a special thank you to their headlining sponsors: Maine Homes Magazine By Downeast, Hammond Lumber Co. and OSC Web Design.
