Katie Creedon, who can't speak because of a rare disease that affects fewer than 1,000 people in the world, beams at her birthday party as she prepares to high-five Brie Roche dressed as Snow White. "Katie has no words, but you can tell when she's happy," her mother said.
Brie Roche, dressed as Snow White and operator of Brie's Best Guests, and her friends helped organize Saturday's surprise party for Katie Creedon of Buxton. "We know how hard birthdays can be for kids with disabilities," Roche said.
