A crowd of families, couples and singles alike gathered on the back patio of Mast Landing Brewing Co.'s location in Freeport. "[We're] using this as an excuse to get the community together," said President and Founder Ian Dorsey, referring to the eclipse. He described the occasion as "therapeutic" after three years of navigating a bounce back from COVID restrictions, and said he was excited to view the event with his family at the bar on April 8.
