The council expects to adopt the same goals it had last year, with the addition of effectively reusing the former Mahoney Middle School building.
Developer of senior housing project urges Cape Elizabeth to move quicker on necessary zoning amendments
The developer stated at Monday’s Town Council meeting that the project “could be dead” if the town doesn’t move more quickly to pass the zoning amendments required to make it happen.
