Jessica Gordon

Jessica Gordon has joined Dream Local Digital, a Maine-based digital marketing agency, as partner support manager and sales support. She brings experience in digital sales and media, which includes working with Morris Communications, GateHouse and Gannett/LocaliQ. For LocaliQ, Gordon served as regional major accounts sales executive, where she sold multimedia advertising solutions to clients around the country and managed the growth of several prominent national accounts. In 2020, she became an advertising planning manager, supporting the organization’s sales teams in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Keith Ray

Keith Ray has joined United Way of Southern Maine as a technology support manager, bringing 10 years of experience in customer service and troubleshooting technical challenges to the role.

Michelle Webb has joined the Maine Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry as director of its Agricultural Resource Development Division. In her new role, Webb will oversee statewide programs benefiting farms, food producers and the public, including marketing and promotion efforts, and international trade. Before joining ARD, she served for 11 years as the director of resource development and advancement at Kennebec Valley Community College, and served as executive director of the college’s nonprofit foundation.

Tony DiSotto

KeyBank has promoted Tony DiSotto, a Key Private Bank market leader, to market president for Maine, succeeding Chip Kelley, who will retire at the end of November. DiSotto began his career with Key in 2006 as a branch manager and held leadership roles within the retail branch network before transitioning to a senior business banking relationship manager in 2014. He then rejoined the retail team as senior vice president and regional retail leader, before beginning his current role with Key Private Bank in 2019. Prior to joining Key, DiSotto worked for Bank of America and MBNA America.

Marjorie Hankla

Marjorie Hankla was recently named director, major giving, at United Way of Southern Maine. Hankla was previously a relationship manager with UWSM, which she joined in early 2021 with experience in customer service and fundraising.

Northern Light Mercy Hospital on Wednesday awarded its 2022 Forsley Award to Margo Walsh, founder and CEO of MaineWorks. The annual honor recognizes a leader and advocate who works to make the community better for all, with special focus on assisting local residents in need. This year’s award celebrates Walsh’s commitment to helping others through MaineWorks, a social staffing company that supports addiction recovery and transition into the workforce. Established in 2015, the Forsley Award is named after Fred Forsley, founder and president of Shipyard Brewing Co. and a longtime champion of Gary’s House, a program of Mercy Hospital that assists families of people receiving medical care in greater Portland.

Leann Cailler

Leann Cailler, a personal insurance account executive with Allen Insurance and Financial, has earned the Safeco Insurance Award of Distinction and has been named a Producer of the Year for 2022. The Safeco Award of Distinction honors outstanding agents who have developed a solid partnership with Safeco. Only 150 agents nationwide earn this award. Cailler has been with Allen Insurance and Financial since 2007, and this is her second year receiving the Safeco Award of Distinction.

Camden National Bank has been named a 2022 Customer Experience (CX) Leader in the Coalition Greenwich CX Leaders Awards. This is the fifth consecutive year that the bank has been recognized in the awards’ Retail Banking Category, and the third year for the bank in the Commercial Small Business Category. Coalition Greenwich is a division of S&P Global’s analytics company CRISIL. The awards are given to banks whose performance exceeds an industry benchmark by more than a specified margin, based on data from the Coalition Greenwich Commercial Banking study. The study is based on nearly 30,000 responses from decision-makers at U.S. small and middle market companies and nearly 50,000 responses from retail banking customers.
