Marketing Coordinator
Position Objectives/Summary:
Support the MTM marketing team in the coordination of marketing initiatives and drive both consumer and advertising revenues through all products and services. Assist in the planning and execution of live events, partnership agreements and sponsor activations.
Essential Functions:
Support Marketing Team in assigned project work, events execution and administrative duties
Execute marketing communications plans to support key initiatives and to meet monthly/annual revenue projections
Assist in creating and distributing consumer marketing and advertising sales collateral including (but not limited to) email blasts, listings, sell sheets, etc.
Coordinate, organize and maintain house ads and filler library
Coordinate sponsorship communications/deliverables
Work with analytics applications including CircPro, Google Analytics, Salesforce
Coordinate and execute marketing promotions, including social media, email, digital and print
Coordinate trade agreements, including trade asset management and distribution
Coordinate event logistics and execution
Requirements:
- Two-year associates or four-year degree in marketing or related field
- 2+ years of marketing/circulation experience preferred
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, flexible, personable
- Strong communication, organizational, prioritization and planning skills.
- Computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics
- Resourceful, problem solver, creative, detail-oriented, people and customer-driven
