Jody Sleeper flips through her father's cherished recipe book.
Avram Adler, a Philadelphia lawyer and World War II veteran, clipped out recipes from newspapers and other places for 20 years and carefully pasted them into a giant notebook. He died in 1994.

When Jody Sleeper's mother died in 2009, she inherited her father's recipe notebook. He clipped recipes for 20 years and added them to the book.
