Thinking about the homeless and jobless people of Florida. Not everyone goes to Florida to vacation – many of those people who now are homeless are working people. Some are skilled, others talented in needed jobs right here in Maine.
How many of us have seen wanted ads in local stores, restaurants, offices, repair shops or so many places in our backyards in need of employees? The people of Florida need work that won’t be coming in the immediate future. If we can get creative, surely we can find a way to find jobs and housing for many of these displaced people.
I am sure that there must be some way or a means to find work or housing for those in need at this time.
