Letter to the editor: Is putting a worm on a hook unsportsmanlike?
To comment on the letter (“Why the double standard for baiting bears, deer?” Sept. 2) from David Dayhoff about unsportsmanlike behavior, in which he asks, “Why doesn’t that same reasoning apply to bears?” Why doesn’t the same reasoning apply to worms on hooks, lobster traps, fish nets, etc.?
